SummaryNoncommunicating rudimentary horn pregnancies are rare cases. Despite the developments on ultrasonography, there are no specific ultrasonographic markers to detect such abnormalities and this can lead to misdiagnosis. We have performed an emergency laparatomy and in the eksploration we diagnosed a ruptured 22 gestational weeks pregnancy from a noncommunicating rudimentary horn.
