The prevalence of primary cardiac tumors has been reported to be between 0.19% and 0.0017%. Cardiac tumors are usually intracavitary lesions and more than 75% of them are benign. Myxomas are rare in childhood and constitute 10% of all pediatric cardiac tumors. Myxomas localized in the right ventricle are very rare in children. In this paper, we describe a 14-year-old boy with right ventricular myxoma.
