Approximately 1-3% of inguinal hernias are associated with herniation of the bladder. Preoperative diagnosis is important for the prevention of a probable bladder injury during hernia operation, and due to the fact that even though rarely, inguinal hernias may cause urinary tract obstruction. In this report, we present a case of inguinal bladder hernia, incidentally found in computed tomography and magnetic resonance urography investigations.
