Gastric Trichobezoar: A Case Report

Bezoars are indigestible conglomerates of foreign bodies or food in the gastrointestinal tract. Signs and symptoms are vague and insidious, and may even be asymptomatic. We present the case of an 18-year-old female patient with trichobezoar who presented to the outpatient clinic with weakness and abdominal pain.
